Circle Structure & Inclusivity We are a women-only, intergenerational Circle. We welcome all women regardless of race, ethnicity, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, disability, or background. We uphold a culture of care, dignity, and shared leadership. Participation & Rhythm We have 10–25 members. We have a consistent meeting rhythm. We will maintain shared facilitation roles over time. Safety, Values & Practices We will use Solena's Safety Guidelines. We will use the Pre-Action Self-Check before initiatives. We commit to reflective, respectful dialogue. Contribution to the Solena Movement We will conduct one community initiative per year. We will contribute one global learning or resource per year. We will participate in global learning sessions when possible. We agree to share relevant insights for MEAL (ethical, non-extractive). Administrative Requirements We have completed onboarding. We have paid (or will pay now) our first month of dues (scholarships/hardship available). We understand that microgrant eligibility begins after full Circle status. 6. Confirmation We attest that all members listed above are real people we personally know, and that they have agreed to be part of this Circle.
